What we collect

When you purchase from Petjacks, we collect the information necessary to fulfill your order: name, shipping address, billing address, email, and pet species. We also collect basic analytics about how you use this site so we can make it better.

Beacon and tracker data

Our Pet Tracker Beacon transmits location data during active flight windows. We retain this data for internal audit purposes, including publication in our Safety Record where applicable. Location data is not sold to third parties.

Flight Academy records

Pets enrolled in Flight Academy have brief assessment records retained for their lifetime plus seven years.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover re-entry events, roof impacts, municipal code violations, wildlife interactions, operator misconfiguration, hazardous atmospheric conditions, post-flight disappearance, or emotional consequences to the operator or their household. Fish products are non-returnable once the capsule seal is broken.

Known Side Effects

Temporary or persistent disorientation in recovered animals.
Altered vocalization patterns in felines.

Grief response in household members, of variable duration.

Binding Arbitration

All disputes are subject to binding individual arbitration under the rules of JAMS, venue Hamilton County, Ohio. Class action waivers apply. By using our products, you agree to these terms.
